hi! i’m danelle
Hi! I’m Danielle and I’m a multidisciplinary Graphic Designer and Visual Artist.
I like to include that I’m an artist because I did study traditional drawing before studying design.
In the age of AI and in thinking of where designers and artists fit, it has got me realizing this. While AI may be able to produce designs faster than humans, it doesn’t guarantee these designs will perform better.
As a designer I focus not only on creating, but on the strategy and thinking that goes into quality designs.
Such designs target the proper marketing goals to ensure client and company money is spent well. Even before AI was a thought, I have always thought about the client, company and marketing goals first from the first seconds I start designing. I believe and have been told I am a very proactive thinker and doer.
All this to say I have not feared AI and instead have considered how AI can be a valid tool in aiding in my thought process, but at the end of the day each product is completely mine, and I’m proud that I’m able to do it myself.
I believe that is becoming more of a rarity, and
an artist’s touch will be yearned for more as time goes on.
Some other things I think make me stand out:
I’m always thinking about the strategy behind every design and rely on my artist’s eye to keep my work detail-oriented.
The world around me inspires me daily, constantly pushing me to grow creatively. I see something that inspires me and I dive in to see if I can figure out how to make it or incorporate a style into a project I’m working on.
I freelance, but am also seeking my next full-time opportunity.

I live and breathe the arts, and have been fortunate enough to work in this industry. However, a designer’s skills translate across all fields.
