Logo Redesign
Company Luna Stage
The original logo had a very obvious half moon shape and was in purple but the client liked blue. The moon shape is representative of a moon, but not very obvious. I didn’t want it to be. It instead has rough strokes on the edges, like a paint stroke. Luna Stage is located in a diverse community in NJ and thus I wanted to convey that. A diverse group of people “paints” Luna and makes it what it is. I chose a simplistic palette of colors that could be interchanged among the collateral pieces and create a clear pattern among them. The employees used a horizontal style as their email signature and thus I wanted a style that could work horizontally and stacked.
